TWO-DAY REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Admission to all sessions, Friday’s “Grab & Go” breakfast, “keynote” luncheon and exhibit floor; Saturday’s breakfast and keynote, lunch and exhibit floor.
FRIDAY ONE-DAY REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Admission to all sessions, “Grab & Go” breakfast, keynote luncheon and exhibit floor.
SATURDAY ONE-DAY REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Admission to all sessions, breakfast and keynote, lunch and exhibit floor.
NOTE: The registration form will be available on this website at a later date and will be mailed with the registration package in May.
How to Register
Register online, by mail, fax or phone starting May 24. There is NO onsite registration. To be eligible for the early bird rates, registrations must be received by 4 p.m. August 14 via e-mail, phone or fax. Registration closes September 18.
Conference Refund Policy 2018
Upon written request, the following refunds will apply:
Before August 31 – 75 percent of the fee will be refunded
Between Sept. 1 and Sept. 7 – 50 percent of the fee will be refunded
Between Sept. 8 and Sept. 14 – 25 percent of the fee will be refunded
After Sept. 14 – no refunds will be issued
After Oct. 27 – all refunds will be processed
Registrants will receive their name badges in the mail. It is important that you bring it with you to the conference so that we can scan the barcode and complete the registration process.
Fees for Support Persons
ODHA welcomes support persons accompanying those with disabilities. A support person who is a CDHO registrant will be charged according to the conference fee schedule – the fee for a non-CDHO registrant is $50 per day. Please contact the ODHA for more information.
